Beginners

A class for those just starting out or completely new to yoga.  Get a step-by-step break down of some the core poses as new poses are introduced each week. Come experience yoga in an environment where focus will be on learning yoga with ease and accepting our bodies just as they are.

Mom n Baby Yoga (0-20 months)

Deepen your connection to mind, body and baby by easing the transition into motherhood with post-natal yoga classes.  The classes will focus on strengthening the abdomen, pelvic floor and back to help you not only reclaim your pre-pregnancy body but learn to breathe when your frustrations and nerves take over.  Connect with other mom’s at similar stages of the post-partum experience and allow new friendships and bonds to foster and alleviate the isolation that often accompanies early parenthood.

Mom n Tot Yoga (20 months - 4 years)

Bring your little one and come laugh, play and giggle while still getting a relaxing stretch through yoga and various body work.  This class is designed with  fun and fitness in mind.

Rhythm n Roots Yoga

Let the rhythm of a live drum beat guide your breath and movement as you flow through a yoga class that is both energizing and meditative.  Feel the energy of being in sync through breathing and movement with the entire class as the drum becomes the heartbeat of the flow.

Power Flow

Coming Soon!

A dynamic class linking postures with conscious awareness. This athletic paced class will be sure to build heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration.

Yin Yoga

A perfect balance to your active (yang) yoga practice or busy lifestyle.   Focusing on long-held floor poses combined with breath work and meditation, yin yoga goes beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body – often in the hips, pelvis, and low back – which are difficult to open and can result in both limited flexibility and stagnant energy.  This deep practice is gentle, yet intense, helping students not only to open the body, but also to cultivate the ability to observe and stay with sensation.

Nicole Frolick also offers a range of other services such as in-house massage therapy on location at Villas of the Galleon, and Personal Training. Click here to find out more...
