August in Grand Cayman is in full swing! It’s been a warm, gorgeous month here on Seven Mile Beach. So warm, in fact, that our on-site kitties, Cheeto and Gloria, have officially made the air-conditioned front office their favourite napping spot.

If you’ve stayed with us before, you may already know these two familiar faces. Cheeto is often spotted along the beach, where he takes his role as our unofficial security guard quite seriously, while Gloria prefers relaxing near the gazebo and quietly greeting guests as they come and go.

These days, they’ve been spending a little more time indoors, taking full advantage of the cool air. If you stop by the front office during your stay, you may just find one of them stretched out nearby.

Cheeto and Gloria have become much-loved fixtures of Villas of the Galleon, and we’re always happy to see them making themselves at home.
